The longer you use MyBodyAI, the more accurate it becomes. Every day of data improves accuracy of pattern detection, calibrates scores, and builds your personal health model.

Personal Illness Signature

The engine memorises the biometric fingerprint 3–7 days before each illness. When the current pattern matches a past signature, alerts fire earlier and with higher confidence.

HRV Velocity

It is not just the absolute HRV value — it is how fast it drops. A fall >3 ms/day over 3 days raises illness risk regardless of starting level.

Activity Context

After hard training the engine expects elevated resting HR and suppressed HRV — thresholds relax automatically so you are not penalised for healthy adaptation.

Self-Report Calibration

Daily 'how do you feel?' entries calibrate the algorithm. After 30 entries, Body Status weights shift toward the metrics that best understand your energy patterns.

Personal Percentile Scoring

You are scored against your own history. Hybrid: 70% your distribution + 30% population norm — rewards progress, not just genetics.

Recovery Debt
