COMPATIBILITY
Supported devices
Connect once and your data keeps coming on its own; your password for the maker's account never reaches MyBodyAI. Garmin comes in through a data export, an Android phone through Health Connect.
Fitbit and Pixel Watch through Google Health
Google Health is the successor to the Fitbit Web API: one sign-in with your Google account, and a Fitbit then works with an iPhone as well as with Android. Pixel Watch needs an Android phone.
What works with MyBodyAI
Fitbit bands and watches, Pixel Watch and the Aria Air scale
- How it connects
- Sign in once with your Google account. A Fitbit then works with an iPhone as well as with Android; Pixel Watch needs an Android phone.

- Sleep with stages, resting heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, breathing rate, steps, workouts and weight.
Polar watches, the Polar Loop band and H10, H9 and Verity Sense sensors
- How it connects
- Sign in once with your Polar account and the data keeps coming on its own.
- What it measures
- Sleep with stages, resting heart rate, HRV, breathing rate, steps and workouts.
ScanWatch watches, Body scales, BPM blood pressure monitors and the Sleep Analyzer
- How it connects
- Sign in once with your Withings account and the data keeps coming on its own.
- What it measures
- Weight and body composition, blood pressure, sleep, blood oxygen and, on selected devices, an ECG.
Oura Ring 3, Ring 4 and Ring 5
- How it connects
- Sign in once with your Oura account. Until Oura approves the integration, only 10 MyBodyAI users can connect a ring.
- What it measures
- Sleep with stages, HRV, resting heart rate, skin temperature, blood oxygen and stress.
Garmin watches and bands and Index scales
- How it connects
- Comes in through a data export from Garmin Connect, uploaded from a computer. The MyBodyAI watch app adds stress and Body Battery.
- What it measures
- Overnight HRV, sleep with stages, stress, Body Battery, VO2max and workouts.
Any Android phone with Health Connect, through the MyBodyAI app
- How it connects
- MyBodyAI reads what other apps on your phone write into Health Connect: a watch or ring app, a bridging app or the phone itself.
- What it measures
- Steps, heart rate, sleep and workouts, and more depending on the app that writes them.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, through Google Health, the app formerly called Fitbit. Connect Google Health and sign in with the Google account you use in that app; for a Fitbit the phone's system plays no part. Google first shows a warning that it has not verified MyBodyAI; the link on that same screen takes you on to the consent. Pixel Watch is different: it needs an Android phone.
Yes. Combine sources to cover more signals: Polar for heart rate and HRV, Google Health (Fitbit) for sleep and SpO2, Withings for body composition. MyBodyAI merges data from all connected sources on its own.
Through OAuth 2.0, so your password never reaches MyBodyAI. Data syncs on its own about once an hour. The first sync pulls up to 90 days of history, so the scores have something to work with from day one.
