Why I built it
Everyone around me had a smartwatch or a fitness tracker: Polar, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings. We all had the data. Heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, steps, SpO2. But none of us really knew what to do with any of it. Numbers without context. You would see your HRV was 42. Is that good? Bad? Should you worry? To find out what any of it means, you would have to dig through five different apps, cross-reference values and read research papers. Nobody does that.
So I built something that does it for you. MyBodyAI takes all that raw data and turns it into 12 clear health indices, a single Body Status and plain recommendations: what is going on, why, and what to do about it. Built on peer-reviewed research. Measured against your own baseline. No guesswork, no vague charts. Just answers. And it starts with a 7-day free trial.
How MyBodyAI works
Every algorithm in MyBodyAI cites peer-reviewed studies, and the Science page in the app lists them: Nunan 2010 and Shaffer 2017 for HRV reference values, and dozens more. No black boxes, no magic numbers.
MyBodyAI learns your patterns: your resting heart rate, your sleep rhythm, your recovery curve. Not generic averages. The baseline is built from your last 7, 30 and 90 days, so the longer you wear your device, the sharper the picture.
Every user's data is stored separately and processed on a server in the EU, under GDPR. You can delete your account and all its data from the settings. No data selling, no sharing with third parties, no analytics on your health data.
