Delete your MyBodyAI account

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way and it needs nobody's approval. It works the same in the Android app and in the browser.

• Sign in to MyBodyAI.
• Open the account menu and choose Settings.
• Go to the Data and support tab.
• Press Delete account and confirm. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.

Want a copy first? The same screen has Export data, which gives you everything we hold about you as a JSON file. Export before you delete, not after.

If you can no longer sign in, write to support@aiclysm.com from the address your account uses and ask for deletion. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and we answer within 30 days, in practice much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deletion is not a flag on your account. The record is removed.

• Your account and sign-in details: email address, password, two-factor secrets, passkeys and paired devices.
• Your profile: birth date, sex, height, weight, timezone and preferences.
• Every health record: sleep, heart rate, HRV, activities, body composition, all computed scores, your daily check-ins and notes.
• Your wearable connections: the data we hold from Polar, Fitbit, Withings, Oura, Garmin imports or Health Connect, and the access tokens themselves, which we revoke at the provider. If a provider cannot be reached at that moment, we keep only the handle needed to finish the revocation and retry it.
• Any active subscription we can reach is cancelled as part of the deletion. If Stripe cannot be reached at that moment, cancel it in your Stripe receipt email or write to us and we will finish it.

Encrypted backups rotate on a 30-day cycle, so a copy of a deleted account can survive in a backup for up to 30 days and is then gone for good. This is the same period our privacy policy states.

What we have to keep

• Billing records for payments you already made. Czech accounting and tax law requires this. They contain no health data, and card details never reach us at all, Stripe handles them.
• A one-way fingerprint of your email address, used for nothing except keeping the free trial at one per person. It cannot be read back, turned into your address, or linked to any of your data. It is why deleting the account and signing up again does not hand out a second free week.
• Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can no longer be traced back to you or to any person.

Removing the app is not the same thing

Uninstalling MyBodyAI from your phone stops the app reading Health Connect, but your account keeps existing on our side. Delete the account with one of the two routes above. If you only want to cut off the phone's health data, you can also revoke the MyBodyAI permissions in the Health Connect settings on your device.
