WHOOP MG
WHOOP MG is an armband from 2025, sitting in the flagship band. The maker does not publish a list price for it.
It reads 19 of the 33 signals this comparison tracks. Nothing at all from body composition. Rarer readings it does take: blood pressure, AFib detection, ECG recording and sleep efficiency.
By sensor class: 5 at high accuracy and 4 at consumer grade. That grade is my classification of the hardware, not a lab test. Those readings come from an optical heart rate sensor, ECG electrodes, an optical blood oxygen sensor, a skin temperature sensor and an accelerometer. It records an ECG, screens for atrial fibrillation and estimates blood pressure without a cuff, which the maker still calls a beta. Those are screening features, not a diagnosis. Blood oxygen is measured through the night, not continuously through the day.
Its 14 days per charge are the longest of the 11 devices of its kind here that publish a figure. Rated IP68 / 10m, fine for swimming. It weighs 26.5 g. A WHOOP membership subscription is required to use it.
Medical-grade 5.0 (Life tier); adds FDA ECG/AFib + beta Blood Pressure Insights (cuff calibration).

Turn a supported wearable into daily health scores
MyBodyAI reads Fitbit, Oura, Polar and Withings by logging in, and Garmin from a data export, then builds daily recovery, sleep, load and immune scores, a biological age estimate, and early warnings. Optional, and separate from this comparison.
This comparison is free and ad-free. I build and update it on my own. If it saved you hours of research, a coffee genuinely makes my day.
