It reads 9 of the 33 signals this comparison tracks. Full coverage of body composition. Nothing at all from sleep, activity and fitness. Rarer readings it does take: vascular age, visceral fat, bone mass and hydration.

By sensor class: 7 at high accuracy. That grade is my classification of the hardware, not a lab test. Those readings come from an optical heart rate sensor, ECG electrodes and bioimpedance electrodes. It records an ECG and screens for atrial fibrillation. Those are screening features, not a diagnosis.

It has an LCD screen. No subscription is required.
