Amazfit is a watch on the wrist reading 21/33 signals at the lowest price. Oura is a ring that connects over OAuth today, reading 18/33, with the deepest sleep-stage analysis and a cardiovascular age estimate unique to the platform. Different form factors, different priorities.
Sleep is what Oura is built for — finger optics under the skin produce cleaner HRV during sleep than any wrist sensor including Amazfit's. Oura also adds cardiovascular age, an estimate no other provider in MyBodyAI produces. Amazfit covers the daily wrist stack — 24/7 stress, daytime activity, GPS — at a lower price, but it has no MyBodyAI integration yet, so none of it reaches the app. If sleep is the priority, Oura. If overall daily wrist coverage is the priority and budget matters, Amazfit.
