Google Pixel Watch 5
Fitbit Google Pixel Watch 5 is a watch from 2026, sitting in the flagship band at an indicative $399.
It reads 21 of the 33 signals this comparison tracks. Full coverage of activity. Nothing at all from body composition. Rarer readings it does take: AFib detection, ECG recording and sleep efficiency.
By sensor class: 11 at consumer grade. That grade is my classification of the hardware, not a lab test. Those readings come from an optical heart rate sensor, ECG electrodes, an optical blood oxygen sensor, a skin temperature sensor, a GPS receiver, a barometer and an accelerometer. It records an ECG and screens for atrial fibrillation. Those are screening features, not a diagnosis. Blood oxygen is measured through the night, not continuously through the day.
Its 2 days per charge are the 77th longest of the 80 devices of its kind here that publish a figure. The AMOLED screen can stay always on. Multi-band GPS. Rated 5ATM + IP68, fine for swimming. It weighs 31 g. On top of the tracking it also handles music on the device, contactless payments, its own LTE connection and offline maps. Case size 41mm & 45mm. No subscription is required.
August 2026 successor to Pixel Watch 4 on the same case, screen and health sensors, with the same quoted battery hours. What changed is Wear OS 7, twice the storage, more memory and a chip Google calls 20 percent faster. Blood pressure, sleep breathing and insulin resistance arrive as monthly trend summaries, not readings, and reach Pixel Watch 3 and 4 too. Android only.

Turn a supported wearable into daily health scores
MyBodyAI reads Oura, Polar and Withings by logging in, Fitbit and Pixel Watch through Google Health, and Garmin through the Android app or a data export, then builds daily recovery, sleep, load and immune scores, a biological age estimate, and early warnings. Optional, and separate from this comparison.
This comparison is free and ad-free. One developer builds and updates it. If it saved you hours of research, a coffee is a kind way to say thanks.
