App tour
MyBodyAI has seven tabs, a day picker, a Sync button and an account menu. This page walks through all of them in the order of the menu: what each tab answers, which cards sit on it, how past days work, what the locks mean, and where each card is explained in full. Open the link under a card whenever you want the rule behind its number.

The shape of the app#
The tabs, in order#
On a phone the tabs sit in a bar at the bottom. On a wide screen they sit in a rail on the left. The order is the same.
| Tab | What it answers | Explained in |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | How am I today, and what should I do? | Body Status, Daily coach |
| Health | How are my body's systems doing? | Recovery and Training Readiness, HRV and the nervous system, Body Alert, Biological age |
| Sleep | How did I sleep, and what do I owe? | Sleep Quality, Sleep need, debt and rhythm |
| Activities | What did I do, and what did it cost? | Activities, Heart-rate zones |
| Performance | Am I ready to train, and where is my form going? | Training load, Training plan |
| Trends | How are my signals moving over weeks and months? | How it works |
| Progress | What have I earned? | Progress |
In English the rail and the bar call two tabs "Activity" and "Training" so that the words fit. In Czech the tabs are Přehled, Zdraví, Spánek, Aktivity, Výkon, Trendy and Postup. In the energy pacing mode the Performance tab becomes "Body reserve" (Energy pacing).
A tab that your devices could never fill can be left out of the menu. Sleep, Activities, Performance and Trends can disappear, and only after your account holds at least 14 days of data. The rules look at the last 90 days:
- Sleep is hidden when no night longer than zero was ever recorded.
- Activities is hidden when there are no workouts and no steps, minutes, distance or calories.
- Performance is hidden when there are no workouts and neither Recovery nor Training Readiness was ever scored.
- Trends is hidden when there is no night, no resting heart rate and no HRV.
Overview, Health and Progress are never hidden. A hidden tab still opens from a link, a bookmark or an e-mail, and shows its own empty state. A tab comes back by itself once your devices send what it shows.
The first visit#
An account with no connected source and no synced day is not shown a wall of empty cards. It lands on a start screen, "Get started", with three steps in a rail: "What you get", "Data source" and "What next". The screen explains what the app computes, offers the ways to connect a source and, at the last step, a link "Look around without data" that lets you browse for the visit. Settings, "Connect Devices", the Help page and Pricing stay reachable all along. Once a source is connected or data have arrived, the app opens on the Overview, and the first days are described in How MyBodyAI works.
Desktop, phone and the Android app#
All three show the same screens from the same numbers. What differs:
- A wide screen (1024 pixels and more) has the rail on the left with the logo, the tabs, the Sync button and your initials, which open the account menu. There is no top bar. On the Overview the state, the coach and Body Alert can sit side by side.
- A phone or narrow window has a slim top bar (logo, Sync, your initials) that folds away as you scroll down and returns as you scroll up, and the bar of tabs at the bottom. Cards stack in one column, and "Today's goals" moves up right under Body Status.
- The Android app is the same web app inside an app shell, plus what a browser cannot do. It reads Health Connect on the phone (Sync). A sideways swipe of at least 72 pixels, made within 0.8 seconds, moves to the neighboring tab, and it never interferes with scrolling or with charts you scrub. Coming back to the app after at least 30 seconds away opens the Overview. Sharing the picture of your day opens the Android share sheet. A purchase button is not shown inside the app. Where the web app would say "Get Premium", the app tells you to manage your subscription in your account on aiclysm.com. A banner "A newer version of the app is available." with "Update" appears when a newer build exists.
- A browser can add the web app to the home screen: the account menu then has "Install app" ("Přidat na plochu").
- A banner "You are offline. Data may be out of date." appears when the device has no connection.
Widgets, notifications and the Garmin watch app have their own page: Notifications, widgets and the watch.
The Sync button and the account menu#
The Sync button is the circular arrow at the top right of the phone bar and at the foot of the rail. Beside it a short label says how long ago your data last arrived: "just now", then "5m", "3h" and, from one day, "1d+". On the rail a dot is green within a day and amber after. A press asks for a fresh pull (Sync). The Health tab has the thorough version, "Fetch new data". While a tab is open, the app also reloads what we hold every 30 minutes. That refresh does not ask your device for more.
Your initials open the account menu. It lists "Settings", "Weekly report", "Help", "What's new", "Pricing" (not inside the Android app), "Install app" where the browser allows it, and "Log out".
The day picker and past days#
The calendar#
On the Overview, Health, Sleep, Activities and Performance tabs a button with a calendar icon shows the day on screen. It opens a month, Monday first, and you pick a day. Future days are grayed out, and the arrow for the next month stops at the month of today. The colors are Body Status: each day is tinted by where its Body Status sat on the dial from 0 to 100, a day with a verdict but no position on the dial is a neutral tile, and a small dot marks a day with a check-in. The legend says "color = Body Status · dot = log" and "Today" jumps back. On Trends the same calendar focuses a single day on the chart, and the period widens if the day lies outside it.
What a past day shows#
When you pick a past day, the tab shows a banner: "Viewing a past day (01/11/2026), not today." with "Back to today". While the day loads it says "Loading day…", and if it fails it says "01/11/2026 did not load. That is not the same as an empty day." with "Try again". A failure is never drawn as an empty day.
The tab then shows that day as it reads now: our server works it out again from the data up to that date, with the rules of the current version. The calendar colors and the Trends charts are the stored daily values. See why a past day can change. A few things are for today only: the day's story, today's goals, the coach's pick of a sport and the live "now" marker of the energy map. The Progress tab has no day picker, because XP, streaks and classes are not numbers you browse back through.
When the freshest data are older than today, a chip on the Overview says "data as of 2/11" and its tooltip reads "Figures are from the last day with data, not today". On the Health tab the chip says "older data".
The Overview, card by card#
The Overview opens with a greeting that uses your name and one waving hand, the only emoji in the app. From top to bottom:
Notices and alerts#
- Safety alerts. Bars for readings that outrank every score, such as low blood oxygen or very high blood pressure. They are free on every plan and have a "Dismiss" button. See Body Alert.
- "Your normal is ready." Shown once in the first two weeks (How it works).
- Source banners. A source that has gone quiet, a provider outage, the Garmin history prompt and similar. Troubleshooting explains each one.
- A profile nudge, "Complete your profile for accurate results", lists what is missing (date of birth, sex, height), because biological age, BMI and energy expenditure need them. "Complete" opens the profile. The cross hides it for 7 days, and filling in one field brings it back for the rest.
Body Status and the story of the day#
The first card is "Body Status": the dial, the state word, the sentence that says why, the question "How do you feel today?" and a fold "What the state stands on". The full rule is in Body Status. On Premium the first line can be a short story of the day, built from the same numbers and only for today. Under it the question "Does this read true?" has two buttons, "Yes" and "No", and after your answer "Thanks for the feedback." The answer is kept for your account, so the phone and the desktop agree. The story avoids reusing the wording of the last 14 days, and a "No" keeps that wording away for 30 days. The same narrator writes the morning notification.
Beside it, on a wide screen:
- "Today's move" ("Dnešní tah") is the coach: one verb for the day and one concrete session (Daily coach). Premium.
- "Body Alert" with "Overtraining": the signals that drifted from your normal and the load that is too high (Body Alert, Training load). Premium.
Today's goals#
"Today's goals" shows rings for steps, active minutes, the check-in ("Fill in the check-in, 30 seconds") and bedtime ("to bed"), with the line "2 of 4 done" or "All done", the XP earned today, and your rank. The energy pacing mode sets no movement goal and leaves those rings out. A ring for steps or active minutes opens a window with the day's numbers and the seven days behind it, the check-in ring opens the check-in, and the bedtime ring opens "My daily goals". The slider button "Edit goals" opens "My daily goals":
- Steps: "Automatic", which follows your own usual day and sits a little above it, or "Fixed", from 3,000 to 40,000 steps in steps of 500, with the buttons "Lower by 500 steps" and "Raise by 500 steps" and "Save step goal".
- Active minutes: set by the app, a little above your usual day, toward the WHO guideline of at least 150 minutes a week.
- Bedtime: from your sleep rhythm, with "Edit rhythm" (Sleep need, debt and rhythm).
- Progress goal: the badge you work toward (Progress).
The same goals appear in the Progress missions and in the weekly report. A tap on the rank line opens Progress.
The check-in#
The check-in is half a minute that adds what no watch can see. There are three doors: the question "How do you feel?" on the Body Status card, the ring "check-in" in Today's goals, and the Progress missions.
- The quick tap. "Fine" records a physical feeling of 4 out of 5, "Tired" records 2, and "Ill" records 2 and marks you as currently unwell. In the energy pacing mode a fourth answer, "Crash", records a crash day. "more" opens the full form.
- The full form, headed "How were you feeling?", starts with a choice of day: "Today" or "Yesterday", and no older day, so that older scores and trends stay put. A dot marks a day already filled. Then five ratings from 1 to 5: "Energy", "Mood", "Physical", "Sleep Quality" and "Felt stress" (1 is calm, 5 is very stressed, and training strain does not belong here). Under "Health status" you can tick "Currently feeling unwell" and pick a type and a severity from 1 to 5, and "Took medication today" with a type. Only medication for an acute illness affects Body Alert. In the energy pacing mode "A crash today" is there too. Then "Alcohol" for the day before the one you are filing: "None", "Light 1-2", "Moderate 3-4", "Heavy 5+", and notes of up to 500 characters. "Save" ends with "Check-in saved." A day already filled is updated, and the message says "Updated for 2026-11-01".
- What it changes. The check-in feeds Body Alert and Body Status (Body Alert), and the Trends tab compares how you felt with what the data show. A streak of 7, 14, 30, 60 or 100 days opens a small celebration. XP and the streak are in Progress.
The check-in is free on every plan, including today's and yesterday's.
The energy map and What if#
"Daily energy map" is a modeled curve of your energy through the day, with your day plan. A button "What if" opens a panel where you move bedtime, wake time and a training block, choose its intensity ("light", "moderate" or "hard") and see the curve redraw as an estimate. "Best time" jumps the block to the best window and "Save training to plan" writes it to the day. It is a model of a typical day, never a prediction. Morning Energy has the rules. Premium. Without a saved place, a card "Weather for your location" offers "Enable location".
The two cards you pick#
Below sits a row of two cards of your choice. By default they are "Load & Recovery" and "Sleep". A chevron in each title, "Change card", swaps it for another: "Heart rate, 24 h", "Overnight HRV", "Biological age trend" or "Body signals". Only the cards your devices can fill are offered. Your choice is kept for your account, so the phone and the desktop show the same pair.
Not on the Overview yet#
A card with that title lists what the Overview does not show for you and why: a signal your device does not measure, or one still "Collecting data". It names what would add it, such as a Garmin export, the direct Garmin link, another device or a Withings sleep device, with buttons like "Link Garmin", "Upload a Garmin export" and "Connect a device". "Dismiss" hides it.
The page ends with the "AI insights" strip (Premium): sentences about your week, built from fixed rules and your numbers.
The Health tab#
The Health tab is the body at rest. At the center is a body figure lit in the color of today's state. Around it are up to six cards, three on each side, each with a score, a word and a 30-day line: "Nervous system", "Cardiac fitness" and "Immunity" on the left, "Breathing", "Recovery" and "Resilience" on the right. The line draws the 7-day mean of the daily score over the last 30 days, a point needs at least 3 scored days in its week, and the dot is today. Only cards with a score are shown. "Resilience" is Body Alert turned around, 100 minus the index (Body Alert). Beside the figure, the "Biological age" panel (not in the energy pacing mode) holds the domain radar and the button "What if" (Biological age). Under the figure the button "Fetch new data" asks for a thorough pull (Sync), and a tap on the Body Status headline opens the same sheet as the Overview.
Below come the day's cards: "Heart rate through the day", "Heart sensor alerts" (only when you have any), "Overnight HRV" (HRV), and, for an Oura ring, "Daytime stress by Oura" and "Resilience by Oura". A switch "Chart period:" sets 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year as the starting period of the sections under it: "Body & blood pressure" (weight, body fat, blood pressure and how they relate to your scores), "Vascular age" and "Visceral fat". The last row has "Biological age trend", "What drives readiness" (what lifts and what holds back, "Helping most", "Holding back most") and "Recommendations for your health" (Premium). The button "History" leads to Trends. A line under the calendar says "Last sync today 11:14".
The Sleep tab#
Last night with its Sleep Quality gauge, stages and figures, the strip "The last 7 days", the sleep architecture and insights, "Morning energy", "Body Clock · 14 days", the overnight physiology chart, "Week and weekend", "Breathing", naps, and the chain into Body Status. A calendar picks a past night and a switch sets "Night", "7 days", "30 days" or "90 days". The card-by-card list is in Sleep Quality. Sleep need and debt are in Sleep need, debt and rhythm.
The Activities tab#
The day's movement against your goals, the session list, the detail of one session with its heart-rate trace and the route map, "Time in zones", "Activity distribution" and the load tiles. Activities has every card, Heart-rate zones the zones.
The Performance tab#
The tab for training. It opens with the card "Training", the week's plan toward your goal (Training plan). Then the hero "Training readiness" with its seven bars for the last seven days and the outlook, and folds "What readiness stands on", "Fitness, fatigue and form" and "The days ahead" (Recovery and Training Readiness, Training load). "The last 7 days" is a strip of up to four tiles: "Activity volume", "Intensity", "Recovery", "VO₂max", "Without training" and "Active weeks", each only when it has a figure. Below are "Performance curve", "Readiness-based guidance" (the coach, shown when there is no training plan), "Training week", "Key metrics", "Training mix (7 days)", "Load by sport (30 days)" and "Adaptation". The calendar, the Share button and the stale-signals notice are at the top. In the energy pacing mode the tab is "Body reserve" and the training cards give way to the reserve, its factors ("What drives the reserve") and "Reserve outlook".
The Trends tab#
How your signals move. Controls at the top: a calendar that focuses one day on the chart, the period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year), "Export" and "All graphs". "Export" downloads a CSV with one row per day: the date, Body Status, Recovery, training minutes, sleep hours, HRV, resting heart rate, stress and the devices behind the day. "All graphs" opens a page with a detailed chart for every metric.
The cards: a summary of the period with a verdict on its direction ("Good trajectory", "Stable trend", "Slight dip", "Marked dip") and the comparison with the period before ("Comparison in Premium" where your plan does not read the earlier period); the chart "Body Status trend" with active minutes and sleep and a button "Show events"; "Signals over the period" as tiles ("Recovery", "Sleep", "HRV", "Resting HR", "Active minutes", "Sleep vs target", a stress tile and "Morning energy"); "Best days" and "Hardest days" with "What helped" and "What hurt" (a tap shows the day on the chart); "Key insights"; "Feeling and data", which compares your check-ins with the numbers; and "What tracks with what", where you pick two signals and see how they move together. Under the title a quiet line says when history was recalculated (How it works).
The Progress tab#
Rank, XP, missions, classes, badges and streaks, all counted from your own days and always for today. Progress has the rules. In Premium it is the last tab.
The weekly report#
The weekly report covers one closed week, Monday to Sunday, against the weeks before it. It is not a tab. It opens from "Weekly report" in the account menu, from the Monday notification and from the Monday e-mail (Notifications, widgets and the watch). Arrows "Previous week" and "Next week" step through earlier weeks, and "Back to Overview" returns.
It holds a headline with the readiness average of the week and its change ("vs last week"), "Day by day", "Your week in numbers", "Indices, week average", "This week's stand-outs", "Sleep and its rhythm", "Your heart at night", "Movement and training", the weight through the week, "Key changes", "What to do next" and "The days ahead" (the last two only for the newest week, because they are about now). A block exists only when your devices measure what it shows, and a weekly mean needs at least 3 days. If a week holds nothing, the page says so: "Nothing was measured in this week, so there is no report for it, which is also why no email went out." It reads up to 12 weeks of history for its comparisons.
Info buttons and windows#
A small circle with "i" opens a short explanation of the card or number beside it. On a desktop it previews on hover. On a touch screen a tap keeps it open, and a tap outside or the Escape key closes it. Cards on the Health tab open a larger window instead: the score on a ring with its word, whether it is above or below your average, the "Score scale", "Built from (share of the score)", "What it means" and "What moves it", with "Close". The ten words of the scale are in How it works.
Other parts fold: a chevron under a card opens its "stands on" detail and closes it again.
Sharing a picture of your day#
On the Overview and Performance tabs a button "Share" (on a browser without sharing, "Download") makes a picture of your day: the Body Status dial with your usual range and yesterday, the body figure with its six cards, the headline numbers, and the readiness of the week. It carries "aiclysm.com/mybodyai" and is always drawn on the dark background. It does not show your name or e-mail address. While it is made the button says "Generating…", then "Done.", or "Didn't work, try again". On the web it is a file named like mybodyai-031126.png, and in the Android app it goes to the share sheet. The button appears only when there is a verdict or a score to show, and it is not part of the free plan.
Free, Premium and the locks#
What the free plan keeps#
Since 1 November 2026 the free plan shows today's Body Status, the safety alerts, the banners about your devices, the check-in for today and yesterday, the energy pacing mode, and your own devices and data. Everything else is Premium. The 7-day Premium trial starts on the first day measured data reach your account and includes everything. Your data keep arriving on every plan, and nothing is lost when a plan changes. See plans.
What a locked page looks like#
- The Overview becomes the narrow Overview: the greeting, safety alerts, device banners, Body Status for today, and a card "The rest of the app is in Premium" with the line "The free plan shows today's Body Status and the safety alerts. Your data keeps arriving and nothing is lost.", the count of days your account holds, and the list of what Premium adds. It has no calendar and no Share button.
- Every other tab, All graphs and the weekly report become a page "Health is part of Premium", and so on, with one line on what the tab holds, "Your data keeps arriving and nothing is lost. Your account already holds 90 days of data, and Premium shows all of it straight away." and the button "Get Premium" ("One coffee a month"). Inside the Android app the button is replaced by a note on where to manage your subscription.
- Single cards that Premium adds to a page you can see carry a small box such as "Daily coach is a Premium feature", "Health pattern alerts are a Premium feature" or "Recommendations are a Premium feature".
- Before 1 November 2026 a card on the Overview announced the change ("The free plan changes on 1/11/2026"). It no longer appears.
Settings, "Connect Devices", Help and Pricing are open to everyone.
Settings and the rest of the menu#
Settings has nine sections: "General" (theme, text size, language, units), "Profile", "Goals" (steps, training goal, energy pacing), "Devices", "Notifications", "Account & security", "Subscription", "Data & privacy" and "Contact". Every switch is explained in Settings. "Help" holds the in-app answers, and "What's new" opens the changelog on our website.
Frequently asked questions#
Why is a tab missing from my menu?#
Your devices have never sent what that tab shows, and your account has at least 14 days of data. Sleep needs a recorded night, Activities needs workouts or movement, Performance needs workouts or a scored Recovery or Readiness, and Trends needs a night, a resting heart rate or HRV. The tab returns by itself when the data arrive, and it still opens from a link. See the tabs.
Why does the calendar show colors on some days and none on others?#
The color is the Body Status stored for that day. A day without a verdict has no color, and a day with a verdict but no position on the dial is a neutral tile. A dot marks a day with a check-in. See the calendar.
Why can I not pick an older day for the check-in?#
A check-in can be filed for today and for yesterday, because a morning check-in covers last night. Older days cannot be rewritten, so past scores and trends stay put. See the check-in.
Why is the Overview so short, and why does the rest ask for Premium?#
Your account is on the free plan since 1 November 2026, which shows today's Body Status and the safety alerts. Premium, including the 7-day trial, shows the rest. Your data keep arriving. See what the free plan keeps.
Why does a number on a past day differ from the Trends chart?#
The day picker works the day out again from the data we hold now, while the chart draws the stored daily values. They normally agree, and a recalculation can bring them apart for a while. See what a past day shows.
Does the picture I share show my name or my data?#
It shows the numbers you see on the screen (the Body Status dial, the six cards, the week of readiness) and the address aiclysm.com/mybodyai. It does not show your name or e-mail address. See sharing.
Where is the weekly report?#
Not in the tab bar. Open the account menu and choose "Weekly report", or use the Monday notification or e-mail. See the weekly report.
