Plans, trial and prices
Since 1 November 2026 the free plan keeps today's Body Status, the safety alerts, your device connections and your own data (with export and deletion). Premium adds everything else. Every new account starts with a free 7-day trial of Premium that begins on the first day measured data reaches it, and needs no card. You can cancel in Settings at any time, and your data stay whichever plan you are on.

What the free plan keeps#
The free plan is deliberately narrow. It keeps:
- Today's Body Status: the dial, the state word, the sentence that explains it and the advice (see Body Status).
- The safety alerts: the app's own wording is "Safety alerts (blood pressure, blood oxygen)". A danger reading is never a Premium feature.
- Your daily check-in for today, and yesterday's answer, which the form compares with.
- The banner that says a device went quiet, so you notice when data stop arriving.
- Device connections: Polar, Withings, Oura, Google Health (for Fitbit and Pixel Watch), Garmin, COROS and an Android phone. Connecting is free (see Devices).
- Energy pacing mode: the mode, your ceiling and the heart-rate chart against it are free (see Energy pacing).
- Your data: they keep being stored, and "Export my data" and "Delete account" work on every plan (see Privacy and your data).
- All of Settings, including the Contact form.
The narrow plan applies from the first day measured data has reached your account. Until then there is nothing to lock, and the first-run guide stays whole.
What you see on the free plan#
The Overview shows the Body Status hero, the safety alerts, the check-in and one card titled "The rest of the app is in Premium". The card says "The free plan shows today's Body Status and the safety alerts. Your data keeps arriving and nothing is lost." Under it, when you have data, it says how much is waiting, for example "Your account holds 41 days of data and 12 health indices scored for today. Premium shows them straight away." Then it lists what Premium holds and offers "Get Premium".
There is no calendar of past days and no share picture on this plan, and the other tabs ask for Premium. The Android widgets show the gauge, and the other tiles show the word "Premium" (see notifications, widgets and the watch). The Garmin watch app receives the day's Body Status verdict and nothing else.
The change on 1 November 2026#
Until 31 October 2026 the free plan also included the 12 health indices, biological age and body signals (weight and body composition), with 30 days of history. From 1 November 2026 those belong to Premium, as the terms say in section 6.1. The app announced the change in advance, and your data were never removed: they keep arriving and are shown again as soon as you have Premium.
What Premium adds#
The pricing page lists it in eight lines, and the Overview card above repeats them:
- All 12 health indices, biological age and body signals.
- The Health, Sleep, Activities, Trends and Progress tabs.
- The daily coach: what to do today, and the actions behind it.
- Tomorrow: the readiness outlook and what is driving your Body Alert.
- The Performance tab: form, fitness, adaptation and the training coach.
- Full history, long-term trends and all graphs.
- The "What if" simulator, the day planner and the biological-age "what if".
- All patterns from your records, plus the weekly report.
The terms (6.1) word it the same way. Two more things need Premium: the route map on a workout (see Activities) and choosing a training goal (see Training plan). The weekly report comes by e-mail and push as well as in the app (see notifications).

The 7-day free trial#
When it starts#
A new account gets a free week of Premium with full access to everything. It does not start when you register. It starts on the first day measured data reaches your account, and it runs for 7 days. Until then Settings, section "Subscription" ("Předplatné"), says: "Your free Premium week starts on the first day measured data reaches your account, and runs for 7 days." with a button "Connect a data source". No card is asked for, and nothing is charged when the week ends. The pricing page says the same: "Try Premium free for 7 days, no card needed. After that the account returns to the free plan on its own."
While it runs, the same section shows "Free trial: 5 days left, ends 8 November 2026." and the buttons "Get Premium" (to subscribe early) and, if you have a payment record, "Manage subscription".
During and after the week#
Three days before the week ends we remind you, by e-mail (unless you switched e-mail off) and by push notification: "Your free trial ends in 3 days." A reminder of the same kind comes three days before a paid period ends: "Your Premium access ends in 3 days." A free week that never began, because no data ever arrived, is not announced as ended.
When the week ends without a subscription, the account goes to the free plan on its own. A push notification and an e-mail say: "Your Premium has ended. The free features stay as they are." Nothing you recorded is touched (see When Premium ends).
One trial per person#
The free week is one per person. When we give it, we keep a one-way fingerprint of your e-mail address, and since 28 October 2026 also of the account your device maker holds for you (Withings, Garmin, Oura, Polar and the like), recorded when you connect that device. A fingerprint cannot be turned back into an address. Deleting your account and registering again, with the same address or another one, therefore does not hand out a second week, and neither does connecting a device account an earlier account had connected. The same address written another way, for example with a "+tag", counts as the same address.
If this applies to you, Settings, section "Subscription", says: "This account did not get the free Premium week: the device account you connected (Withings, Garmin, Oura and the like) already had it on another MyBodyAI account. The free week is one per person. If you think this is a mistake, write to us through Contact."
One exception, which the privacy policy spells out: if you delete an account yourself within 24 hours of signing up and before any data arrived, its week never started, so the fingerprints are deleted with it and a new registration receives the trial.
Prices#
Today and from 1 January 2027#
There are three plans. The prices are in euros, they are final, and no VAT is added, because we are not registered for VAT.
| Plan | Until 31 December 2026 | From 1 January 2027 |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €2.99 a month | €4.99 a month |
| 6 months | €14.99 | €24.99 |
| Annual | €24.99 a year | €39.99 a year |
The pricing page shows the live amounts, and the longer plans show their monthly equivalent and the saving against the monthly plan, which today is "Save 16 %" for 6 months and "Save 30 %" for the annual plan. Until 1 January 2027 the page also says: "From 1 January 2027 Premium will cost €4.99 a month, €24.99 for 6 months and €39.99 a year. Buy before then and the period you pay for keeps the current price, a whole year on the annual plan."
What the terms (6.2 and 6.4) say about a subscription you already have: it keeps its price until the end of the period you have already paid for. It renews at the new price for the first time at the end of the period that ends after 1 January 2027. We tell you the new price in the app or by e-mail at least 7 days before it is first charged, and you can cancel before then. The terms are the authority if anything here differs.
Beta and early prices#
The pricing page carries the label "Beta, Early Adopter Pricing" and says: "MyBodyAI is in beta. Most features are dependable, some we are still fine-tuning. That is why early users who help shape it get a better price."
Paying#
- Open "Pricing" in the account menu (the avatar at the top right), or press "Get Premium" on the Overview card or in Settings. The public page is at aiclysm.com/mybodyai/pricing.
- Choose "Monthly", "6 Months" (labeled "Most popular") or "Annual" (labeled "Best value") and press "Get Premium". If you are signed out, you sign in first and return to the plans.
- You pay on the page of Stripe, our payment processor (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Your card details never reach us.
- A subscription renews on its own at the end of each period, monthly, every six months or yearly, for the same amount, until you cancel (terms 6.4).
If you already have a running subscription, the pricing page says "You already have Premium" and sends you to "Manage subscription".
Inside the Android app there are no plans, prices or checkout. The page says "Plans are not available here." and the Subscription section says "Your subscription and billing are managed in your account at aiclysm.com." Open aiclysm.com in a browser, sign in with the same account and subscribe there. Your Premium then applies in the app.
Managing your subscription#
Open Settings, section "Subscription". The top card says what you have:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "Active" | A paid subscription is running. It shows the plan, the price and "Next payment". |
| "Ending" | You canceled. It shows "Ends on {date}, it will not renew after that." |
| "Free trial" | The 7-day week is running, or waiting for your first data. |
| "Payment problem" | The last payment did not go through (see below). |
| "No subscription" | The free plan. "You have no active subscription." |
| "Premium forever" | A founder account (see below). |
With an active subscription the section offers "Change payment card", "Invoices and payment history" and "Cancel subscription". Each opens Stripe's page and brings you back to Settings.
Changing plan#
Under "Change plan" you can move to a longer plan only. The change applies straight away and the new period starts that day. The unused part of your current plan comes off the first payment for the new one, and Stripe shows the exact amount before you confirm. Until 1 January 2027 each longer plan carries the note "From 1 January 2027 it costs {price}. Switch now and the whole period is at today's price."
To move to a shorter plan, cancel the subscription and choose a new plan once the paid period ends.
Canceling#
Press "Cancel subscription" and confirm on Stripe's page. The card then says: "Premium runs until {date}, then nothing more is charged. You can change your mind until that day." After you cancel, the app says "Your subscription is canceled. Premium stays until the end of the period you paid for." Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and no part of the remaining period is refunded, except where the law requires it (terms 6.4). Changed your mind? "Reactivate subscription" restarts it, and nothing is charged before the paid period ends.
If the cancel page cannot be opened, the app says "Please try again in a moment, or write to support@aiclysm.com and we will cancel it for you."
Withdrawing within 14 days#
As an EU consumer you can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Tell us in a clear statement; an e-mail to support@aiclysm.com is enough. The terms (6.3) include a model form you may use but do not have to. You then receive a full refund by the original payment method. The pricing page puts it as "Within 14 days of payment you can withdraw and get a refund."
When a payment fails#
If a payment does not go through, the card shows "Payment problem" and says: "Your last payment did not go through. Update your card to keep Premium." While the access period lasts it adds "Your access stays on until {date}. Update the card before then and nothing about your account changes." The button is "Update payment method". If the date has passed, it says "Your access is paused for now. It comes back as soon as a payment goes through." You can still cancel from the same card.
When Premium ends#
When a trial or a paid period ends and you did not renew:
- The account moves to the free plan. The tabs that need Premium lock again. Your data keep arriving and are stored, and the numbers come back when Premium does.
- We tell you once by push and e-mail: "Your Premium has ended. The free features stay as they are."
- The route map is turned off and the routes your account kept are deleted, at the latest the following night. This is in the privacy policy (section 2). If you turn the map on again later, it starts afresh, and only the most recent days of workouts can be filled back in.
- The weekly report stops, by e-mail and push, because it is part of Premium.
- Energy pacing mode stays, with your ceiling and its chart.
Founder, tester and beta accounts#
Accounts created while the app was in its preview phase hold "founder" status. Settings, section "Subscription", shows the badge "Premium forever" and says "Founder access. Premium is included for good, with no payment and nothing to cancel." If a founder also subscribes and then cancels, the card says "Only the payment stops; your founder access stays." The terms (6.5) describe what founder access covers, and that a founder account inactive for 24 months may be deleted after two e-mail warnings from 1 January 2027 (see Privacy and your data).
An account marked "Tester account" has full access at no cost, granted by us by hand.
Changes to the plans#
The terms (section 10) allow us to change which features are free and which are Premium where there is a fair reason, and say we tell you about it in the app or by e-mail. If a change makes your use of the service worse in more than a minor way, you may end your subscription without penalty within 30 days of the notice or of the change, whichever is later. The terms also say that changes to the terms themselves come with at least 7 days of notice. Read the terms and the privacy policy for the wording that binds both of us.
Frequently asked questions#
Why do I see only Body Status and a card about Premium?#
Because your account is on the free plan, either because the 7-day trial ended or because you never subscribed. Since 1 November 2026 the free plan shows today's Body Status and the safety alerts. Everything else needs Premium. Your data are not lost, and they show again when you subscribe.
When does my free week start?#
On the first day measured data reaches your account, not on the day you register. Connect a device or the Android app and let it sync. Settings, section "Subscription", shows the days left and the end date once the week runs.
Why did I get no free week?#
The free week is one per person. A new account gets none if the same e-mail address, or a device account it connects (Withings, Garmin, Oura and the like), already had it on another account. Settings, section "Subscription", says so. If you think it is wrong, write to us through "Contact" in Settings.
Is VAT added to the price?#
No. The prices are final, and we are not registered for VAT.
Will my price go up on 1 January 2027?#
A running subscription keeps its price until the end of the period you already paid for. The new price applies from the first renewal after that period, and we tell you at least 7 days before it is first charged. You can cancel before then. If you buy before 1 January 2027, the period you pay for keeps today's price, a whole year on the annual plan.
Where do I cancel?#
Settings, section "Subscription", "Cancel subscription". Premium then runs to the end of the period you paid for. In the Android app, open aiclysm.com in a browser to manage the subscription.
Do I lose my data when I cancel?#
No. Your data keep being stored on the free plan, and "Export my data" works on every plan. Only the routes of the route map are deleted when Premium ends, as described above.
Can I get my money back?#
Within 14 days of purchase you can withdraw by e-mail to support@aiclysm.com and receive a full refund (terms 6.3). After that, cancellation stops the next payment, and the paid period is not refunded except where the law requires it.
